Mentorship Programs

One-on-One Mentoring

Traditional mentoring relationships where one couple meets regularly with another couple for personalized guidance and support.

The Mentorship Journey

Application & Matching

Complete our detailed application to help us understand your needs, preferences, and goals. Our team carefully matches mentors and mentees based on compatibility, life stage, and specific areas of focus.

Orientation & Training

Both mentors and mentees attend an orientation session to establish expectations, learn communication techniques, and receive resources for a successful mentoring relationship.

Regular Meetings

Meet consistently with your mentor/mentee couple, using our conversation guides and resources. Build trust, share experiences, and work through challenges together in a supportive environment.

Growth & Celebration

Track progress, celebrate milestones, and evaluate the mentoring relationship. Many couples choose to continue beyond the initial commitment, forming lasting friendships.

Mentor Requirements

We carefully select mentor couples who can provide wise, compassionate guidance. If you're interested in becoming a mentor, here's what we look for:

Essential Qualities

  • Married at least 7 years
  • Strong, healthy marriage
  • Active in faith community
  • Good listening skills

Commitments

  • Complete mentor training
  • Monthly meetings minimum
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • 6-month initial commitment
